The Project Reality Check is run by Digital Wisdom Collective (IT Zeitgeist LLC, Loveland, Colorado, USA) — in team rounds, together with your organization — to get an honest read of how your program actually works today.
What we collect
Your name, your role or position, and your assessment answers. In team rounds we also collect your work email — used only for Barbara’s follow-up on this round, such as the optional 15-minute conversation — and your organization’s name and program phase are recorded with the round. We do not collect anything else, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers — the only cookie is the one that keeps your session open while you answer.
Why we collect it
To compile your readout. In team rounds, individual answers are aggregated and anonymized within your organization’s round only — never combined with other companies — into a team-level picture: leadership receives the combined readout — where views align and where they differ — never any one person’s answers, and no breakdown small enough to identify anyone. Your answers are not used to evaluate you and are tied to this engagement only.
Who sees what
Digital Wisdom Collective compiles the results personally. Your organization receives aggregate readouts only. Your individual responses are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Where it lives, and for how long
Responses are stored securely in the United States and kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after — deleted earlier on request.
Your choices
Taking part is voluntary. Email barbara@digitalwisdom.co to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — we honor these requests wherever you live. For Digital Wisdom Collective’s general privacy practices, see digitalwisdom.co/privacy.
Answer from your own vantage point — there are no wrong answers.
